SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Payment, Shipping and Returns

Orders
All orders you place through Sydney Parking Solutions Pty Ltd via our web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

Payment
All prices and transactions are quoted in and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

We currently accept the following payment types:

credit card transactions through our encrypted and secure merchant account, or
direct deposit into our bank account.

Shipping
We will use our best endeavours to ship your orders within 48 hours from the time we receive your payment. Generally we have all items in stock, however, if there is a very high volume of goods that you require, we may need a longer lead time. If this is the case, we will email you to advise when you should expect your shipment to arrive.

If you pay us by direct Deposit, please allow 24 – 48 hours for the funds to arrive in our bank account. Once we receive payment, we will then ship within 72 hours.

Delivery
We use several freight forwarding companies for delivery of our products. We will ensure that all our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, however we cannot guarantee the condition of the product at arrival at your end.
For large orders or if there is an item you would like delivered urgently, please contact us directly via email at info@sydneyparkingsolutions.com.au before placing your order so that we can calculate the most cost effective shipping method for you.

Returns
We know and want you to be extremely satisfied with your Sydney Parking Solutions purchases. If you buy something from us and it is not what you expected, please return the item to us unused or unopened within 14 days. We will then offer you either an exchange of the item or a full refund excluding shipping costs.
